You can connect your Meta account and share ads to the Instagram and Facebook business pages you own.
🟢 Do I have to pay for this feature?
No, it’s completely free for all sellers.
🟢 How can I activate automatic ad sharing?
1) Go to the “Automatic ad sharing” tab in your Profile;
2) Click “Connect Meta Business Account;”
3) Follow the instructions to give permissions and connect your business pages to Jiji.
🟢 Can I connect several pages on Facebook or Instagram?
For now, you can connect 1 Facebook page and 1 Instagram page.
🟢 Can I choose which ads to share automatically?
No. Once you activate the feature, all new ads will be shared. If you don’t want this, simply turn the feature off – then none of your ads will be posted.
🟢 Will my old ads be shared after I activate the feature?
No, only new ads will be shared. You can repost old items if you want them to appear on your connected social pages.
🟢 If I turn off automatic ad sharing, will the posts already shared be deleted?
No, they’ll stay on your social pages unless you remove them manually.
🟢 If I edit my Jiji ads, will the changes show on social media (and vice versa)?
No. Updates to Jiji ads won’t change your social posts, and edits to your posts won’t affect Jiji ads. You manage them separately.
🟠 I couldn’t set up automatic ad sharing. How do I fix it?
