Construction Property Services Business Development Representative

• Find homeowners who want to renovate or remodel their houses. • Find owners of unfinished houses or buildings that need completion. • Find clients who need interior design services. • Find property owners interested in development or construction projects. • Network with property owners, real estate professionals, investors, and local communities. • Introduce qualified clients to Company. • Report potential project opportunities to the company.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to speak and communicate in Amharic and basic English. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Sales, marketing, real estate, or construction experience is an advantage but not required. • Strong networking skills and confidence when meeting new people. • Strong communication skills. • Sales and networking ability. • Confidence in meeting and talking to new people. • Basic knowledge of real estate, construction, or interior design (preferred). • Self-motivated and goal-oriented. • Good negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently.
