Responsibilities
FORMAN follow works quality , finishing and structure works as per the design and the specification
Liaise with engineers, architects, and project managers to clarify technical details and resolve on-site challenges.
Communicate clearly with team members to ensure understanding of job tasks and goals.
Requirements & Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Diploma or degre
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, especially in finishing
Minimum Experience
3 years
Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure it meets project specifications and standards.
Report and resolve any issues or defects in workmanship.
