Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok).
Draft and edit marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and website content.
Assist in conducting market research and analyzing competitor activities.
Support the organization and coordination of marketing events and activities.
Manage and update the company's website and online presence.
Assist in the creation of photo and video content from project sites.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
Translate marketing content between Amharic and English.
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements & Skills
Experience with content creation tools and software.
Basic photography or videography skills.
Graphic design skills (e.G., canva, adobe creative suite).
Knowledge of local ethiopian market trends.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of the construction industry is a plus.
