Full Time Accountant

Prepare and manage monthly payroll (including overtime and allowances) • Calculate and process PAYE, pension contributions, and other taxes • Prepare invoices and track client payments • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate books • Perform bank reconciliations and cash control • Prepare monthly financial reports for management • Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and MoR/ERCA requirements • Support audits and provide required financial documents

Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or related field • minimum 1 year of relevant work experience • strong knowledge of ethiopian tax and payroll systems • experience using accounting software (peachtree, quickbooks, or excel) • high level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
