Hello! I'm Sinbo Tesfa, a Political Science and International Relations student at Addis Ababa
University. I am fluent in Amharic, Afan Oromo, and English and currently learning Chinese, French, and Swahili. I love languages because they open doors to new cultures and perspectives, helping me connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
I have a deep passion for communication, teamwork, and leadership. My experiences at Addis Ababa University and Don Bosco Catholic School have shaped my skills in project management, event coordination, public relations, and cross-team collaboration. I thrive in environments where I can engage with people, organize impactful events, and contribute to meaningful projects. I believe that strong relationships and collaboration drive progress, and I enjoy being part of initiatives that bring people together.
Beyond academics, I am passionate about working with children and community service.
Creating safe and supportive spaces where children can learn and grow brings me great
fulfillment. Whether through mentorship, leadership roles, or volunteer work, I love fostering
positive change and inspiring young minds.
In addition to my academic and social interests, I have a growing curiosity for creative arts and
craftsmanship. I would love to gain hands-on experience in embroidery, pottery, crochet, and
design workshops. Exploring these crafts in a practical setting excites me, as I admire the artistry
and cultural significance behind handmade work. Learning these skills would allow me to
express my creativity while appreciating the craftsmanship involved.
I aim to combine my interests in politics, communication, community work, and creative arts to
make a meaningful impact. Whether through public relations, policy-making, social initiatives,
or artistic collaborations, I am always eager to learn, grow, and contribute to projects that inspire
and uplift others.
