Commercial electric onion and vegetable chopper/grinder. It is specifically engineered to handle high-volume processing of dense vegetables like onions, garlic, ginger, and chili peppers.
Key Details & Specifications:
Functionality: It functions as a heavy-duty, high-speed centrifugal chopper. Ingredients are dropped through the top hopper, chopped instantly by high-grade inner stainless steel blades, and discharged continuously through the front chute.
Build Material: Built with a full food-grade stainless steel body that is rust-resistant, easy to wash, and highly durable for demanding environments.
Capacity: Most standard models of this type (such as the popular Onion Chopper 230 series) have an average output capacity ranging from 50 kg to 150 kg per hour, making it ideal for large-scale meal preparations.
