Administrative Manager Job Responsibilities
1. Overall planning and daily management of the company’s administrative work.
2. Establish and improve administrative rules and processes, and supervise implementation.
3. Manage office supplies, procurement, distribution, and cost control.
4. Coordinate office environment, maintenance, safety, and logistics support.
5. Organize company meetings, events, business reception, and travel arrangements.
6. Manage files, official seals, certificates, and company fixed assets.
7. Coordinate communication between departments and assist senior management in daily work.
8. Complete other administrative tasks assigned by the company.
