Offered for sale is an unused / unworn (just tried on) 100% leather, handcrafted formal pair of shoes by the classic English brand 'Loake'. This new/unworn Loake L1 leather Oxford pair of shoes has a Toe Cap style and a leather sole.
They are size UK 9.5 / EU 44 - note, these are not American sizings.
The details inside identify this as a '100 B' style and an 'F' (regular) fit. This is an obsolete style as it was bought several years ago but never worn. It does not appear to be listed on the Loake website anymore, however do look at the 'loake.co.uk' website to see similar styles and manufacturing details. Original box not available but are stored in an alternative brand shoe box.
