Responsibilities

Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a managerial role within the food processing, or other industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategic plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
