Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred) Valid teaching license or instructor certification (if required) 2–5 years of relevant industry or teaching experience Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices Experience with workshop/lab equipment and safety procedures Ability to prepare lesson plans, assessments, and training materials Basic computer skills (MS Office, online learning platforms)
