Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and provide responsive support.
Proven ability in Sales, including lead generation, opportunity management, and closing deals in a B2B or construction-related environment.
Experience or aptitude in Sales Management and Training, such as organizing product presentations, supporting junior team members, or contributing to sales process improvements.
Basic understanding of construction materials, supply chain, or related products (or willingness to learn quickly).
Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts and priorities.
Comfort with using phones, email, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools) to manage customer records and sales activities.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in English and local languages relevant to Addis Ababa customers is an advantage
