BSC degree in food engineering or food processing /Technology
in injera
• Previous experience as a Production Manager or Production Supervisor
• Deep understanding of fermentation, shelf-life extension, and quality control
• Ability to document processes and comply with strict standards
• Candidates without injera export experience will not be considered
Preferred Qualifications
• Education in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Experience with export compliance and food safety standards
• Experience managing production teams
