Oversee daily hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast service)
- Manage reservations and OTA platforms (Booking.com, etc.)
- Handle guest check-in/check-out and ensure excellent customer service
- Supervise and train staff
- Manage staff schedules and daily duties
- Resolve guest complaints professionally
- Prepare daily reports (occupancy, revenue, issues)
- Ensure cleanliness and operational standards are maintained
