Answer phone calls and emails in english and amharic, providing clear and polite assistance. Managing hotel management systems (hms/pms) and online travel agency (ota) platforms like booking.Com collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Resolve issues swiftly, escalate when necessary, and maintain a solution-oriented mindset. Proactively seek feedback, adapt to new processes, and embrace training opportunities. Education: bachelor’s degree or diploma (with 2 and more years of experience) in hospitality, experience is highly valued and considered as a great asset language skills: fluent in english and amharic (excellent reading/writing abilities). Technical skills: proficiency in computers (ms office, email, basic software, hms/pms & ota platforms like booking.Com).

Fluency in English and Amharic (written and spoken) is essential. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.
