Responsibilities
1. Conduct routine pest inspections and treatments (insects, rodents, vector control) across client sites.
2. Safely handle, mix, and apply pest control products and equipment following standard safety protocols.
3. Complete service logs, inspection reports, and client documentation accurately after each visit.
4. Explain treatment procedures and pest prevention recommendations clearly to clients.
5. Assist senior technicians on commercial, residential, and industrial service calls.
Requirements & Skills
1. Strong interest in learning integrated pest management (IPM) and chemical safety practices.
2. Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, punctuality, and physical fitness for field operations.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage field schedules reliably.
4. Basic reporting and record-keeping abilities.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
1. TVET Diploma, High School Diploma, or University Degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Agriculture, Biology, or related fields.
2. 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience (entry-level applicants welcome).
3. Basic understanding of general hygiene, sanitation, or pest management principles is an advantage.
