How to tell these are models (G8):
1. Physical Mouse Buttons: On the open laptop, you can clearly see the two physical click buttons located above the trackpad. The EliteBook G7 and G8 generations completely removed these buttons in favor of a single, larger glass clickpad.
2. Pointing Stick (Trackpoint): There is a small black rubber pointing stick nestled in the middle of the keyboard (between the G, H, and B keys). This feature was also retired in the newer G8 designs.
3. Rear Hinge Engraving: The closed laptops stacked underneath feature the flat, classic silver hinge with the word "ELITEBOOK" printed cleanly in the center.
• Military-Grade Durability: Built with a rugged, CNC-machined aluminum chassis that resists flex, drops, and daily wear.
