Responsibilities
Seeking a professional journalist/field presenter to conduct public interviews for a faith-based street quiz program. Responsibilities include approaching participants, presenting questions on camera, facilitating engaging conversations, obtaining consent, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere throughout filming.
Requirements & Skills
* Approach and engage members of the public professionally and respectfully.
* Explain the program and obtain participant consent.
* Conduct on-camera interviews and ask prepared questions clearly.
* Keep conversations natural, engaging, and focused on the program’s theme.
* Manage participant flow and maintain audience engagement.
* Assist in identifying suitable interview candidates.
* Coordinate with the camera operator during filming.
* Ensure accurate communication of questions, answers, and participant information.
* Represent the brand and values of the program professionally at all times.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
* Strong communication and interviewing skills.
* Fluent in Amharic and Tigrigna.
* Comfortable speaking on camera.
* Confident approaching and engaging strangers.
* Professional, respectful, and reliable.
* Previous experience in media, journalism, presenting, or content creation preferred.
