The 10-position regulating knob produces pasta sheet thicknesses from 4.8 mm, in position number 0, to 0.5 mm in position number 9. Fettuccine is a classic pasta shape in Italian cuisine, suitable for many types of sauce. Ampia 150 lets you make 6.5 mm fettuccine. made with Ampia are 1.5 mm wide, suitable for light sauces or soups. The machine is made entirely of high quality chromed steel, processed and assembled in Italy.
