Tretinoin 0.05% w/w: belongs to a class of retinoids that works by stimulating the growth of new regenerated cells repairing scars and hyperpigmentation damaged burnt skin.Mometasone treats skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, allergies and rash.
Mometasone 0.10% w/w: decreases swelling (inflammation), itching and redness.
Hydroquinone 2%w/w : is used to lighten the dark patches of skin (also called hyperpigmentation, melasma, "liver spots," "age spots," freckles) caused by pregnancy, birth control pills, hormone medicine, or injury to the skin. This medicine works by blocking the process in the skin that leads to discoloration.
