Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in human resources (or as required).
Knowledge of ethiopian labor laws and hr best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint).
Experience with hr software or human resource information systems (hris) is an advantage.
