“I worked for over 3 years with Safaricom in three main roles. I started as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA), where I was responsible for registering new customers, selling SIM cards, and promoting Safaricom services in the field. Later, I advanced to Direct Sales Personnel (DSP). In this role, I led sales teams, monitored performance, and made sure we achieved our monthly targets. I also helped train new agents and handled customer feedback. Then, I became an M-PESA Sales and Agent Assistant (MPSAA).
