Tylenol (acetaminophen) helps relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce fever. It is commonly used for headaches, toothaches, muscle aches, backaches, menstrual cramps, arthritis pain, and cold/flu-related aches and fever. Use only as directed on the package, and do not exceed the recommended dose.
