Real Estate - Sales Representative

● Generate and follow up with potential customers. ● Contact and qualify leads. ● Present apartment projects and payment options to customers. ● Arrange and conduct appointments and site visits. ● Maintain an active sales pipeline. ● Negotiate with customers and close sales. ● Achieve monthly sales targets. ● Provide regular updates on sales activities and prospects.

● Minimum 3–4 months of proven sales experience is required. ● Candidates with previous real estate sales experience are preferred. ● Experience in customer handling, prospecting, follow-up, and closing sales. ● Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. ● Ability to work with sales targets and under pressure. ● Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.

Experience: Minimum 3–4 months in Real Estate Sales. Priority will be given to candidates who can demonstrate previous sales performance and are ready to start selling immediately.
