💼 What You'll Do
▪︎Find and approach potential drivers in different areas of Addis Ababa.
▪︎Introduce Yango and explain the benefits of joining.
▪︎Answer drivers' questions and build their interest.
▪︎Help drivers register through the Yango Pro application.
▪︎Guide drivers through the registration and onboarding process.
▪︎Follow up with registered drivers and help them become active.
▪︎Build good relationships with drivers.
▪︎Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Your main job will be to go into the field, meet taxi and ride-service drivers, introduce them to Yango, and help interested drivers register and become active on the platform.
💰 Salary & Commission
commission for every driver you register who becomes active on Yango.
The more active drivers you bring, the more commission you can earn.
For example:
