HR Specialist

1, Handle full recruitment for baristas, waiters/servers, cashiers and similar roles (post jobs, screen CVs, interview, onboard). 2, Source candidates via JiJi, social media and offline channels based on store needs. 3, Assess candidates for service attitude, communication and reliability. 4, Coordinate contracts, basic background checks and induction. 5, Track hiring progress and report regularly to management. 6, Support basic HR admin (attendance, simple offboarding, records) while ensuring local labour law compliance.

1, fluent and able to communicate effectively in English during daily works. 2, 1+ year recruitment/HR experience (hospitality preferred). 3, Strong interviewing and communication skills. 4, Familiar with local hiring channels. Proactive, reliable and discreet.

Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field. OR Minimum 1–2 years practical recruitment / HR experience
