the catalyst ws-c2960s-24ps-l is a gigabit managed switch with 24 copper ports and 4 sfp uplink ports.
this switch can be stacked with other 2960s series switches and, interestingly, the newer 2960x model using an optional rear-mounted stack module
the switch has poe+ functionality on all 24 ports. the poe budget for this switch is 370 watts.it is a l2 layer switch management via cli command line, via gui, as well as via cisco network assistant. downstream ports: 24 x gigabit ethernet ports with ieee 802.3at poe+ support (up to 30w per port)uplink ports: 4 x 1g sfp
