collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Resolve issues swiftly, escalate when necessary, and maintain a solution-oriented mindset.

Education: bachelor’s degree or diploma (with 2 and more years of experience) in hospitality, experience is highly valued and considered as a great asset
language skills: fluent in english and amharic (excellent reading/writing abilities).
Technical skills: proficiency in computers (ms office, email, basic software, hms/pms & ota platforms like booking.Com).
