Construction Materials Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities Visit construction projects, contractors, consultants, architects, and interior designers to introduce the company's products. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identify new business opportunities through market visits, referrals, websites, and other sales channels. Visit hardware shops, dealers, and construction material retailers to expand the customer base. Follow up customer inquiries and maintain regular communication. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback, and report findings to management. Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in construction materials, interior finishing materials, , building supplies, hardware, ceramic, sanitary ware, paint, aluminum, marble, tiles, or related industries. Knowledge of construction materials, supply chains, and basic project requirements in the local market. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Good organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple clients, quotations, and follow-ups. Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to work in the field. Proven ability to work independently on-site, collaborate with internal teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. spreadsheets...) and comfort working with sales reporting systems.
