Research and experiment with new AI technologies that could advance ADCO. Build prototypes, internal tools and experimental AI products. Explore LLMs, AI agents, automation, machine learning and emerging AI technologies. Test new ideas and determine which are technically useful and worth developing further. Work directly with company leadership to explore new products, services and technology opportunities. Projects may range from developing an internal AI system or chatbot to testing entirely new AI products. This is an R&D role: you will be expected to research, code, experiment, build and present working results—not simply write reports.
መስፈርቶች እና ክህሎቶች
We are looking for exceptional technical ability, curiosity and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable programming in Python and working with AI models, APIs, data and modern development tools. You should understand the fundamentals of machine learning and large language models and be capable of learning unfamiliar technologies independently. Strong candidates should be able to take an open-ended idea, research it, build an experiment and explain the results clearly. We care more about what you can actually build and understand than how many years you have worked.
ዝቅተኛ ብቃት መስፈርቶች
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering or a closely related technical field, OR exceptional demonstrated technical ability.
Applicants must provide evidence of technical work such as GitHub projects, AI/ML projects, research, applications, models, technical publications or other substantial work.
Master’s and PhD candidates are encouraged to apply, but advanced degrees are not required. Exceptional recent graduates are welcome.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a technical assessment and discuss their previous work.
