* Approach and engage members of the public professionally and respectfully. * Explain the program and obtain participant consent. * Conduct on-camera interviews and ask prepared questions clearly. * Keep conversations natural, engaging, and focused on the program’s theme. * Manage participant flow and maintain audience engagement. * Assist in identifying suitable interview candidates. * Coordinate with the camera operator during filming. * Ensure accurate communication of questions, answers, and participant information. * Represent the brand and values of the program professionally at all times.

* Strong communication and interviewing skills. * Fluent in Amharic and Tigrigna. * Comfortable speaking on camera. * Confident approaching and engaging strangers. * Professional, respectful, and reliable. * Previous experience in media, journalism, presenting, or content creation preferred.
