Responsibilities
Sewing different types of bags (handbags, backpacks, travel bags, etc.)
Cutting materials (fabric, leather, synthetic materials) based on patterns
Assembling parts (zippers, handles, lining, pockets)
Operating sewing machines properly
Ensuring strong stitching and neat finishing
Inspecting finished bags for quality
Fixing minor defects or mistakes
Following production instructions and deadlines
Maintaining tools and keeping the workspace clean
Requirements & Skills
Previous experience in sewing (especially bags or garments)
Ability to use industrial or manual sewing machines
Basic understanding of measurements and patterns
Physically able to sit and work for long hours
Attention to detail and patience
Reliability and punctuality
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Able to read and write (Grade 6–8 or above is enough)
- Can operate a sewing machine (industrial or domestic)
- Knows how to use measuring tools (tape, ruler)
