Responsibilities
1. Digital & Social Media Marketing: Assist in managing the company’s social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.) by creating engaging content, graphics, and posts.
2. Lead Generation & Support: Help identify potential B2B and B2C clients, support sales campaigns, and follow up on customer inquiries.
3. Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, track local industry trends, and gather customer feedback to improve service offerings.
4. Content Creation: Write compelling copy for promotional materials, flyers, digital ads, and newsletters.
5. Event & Promotional Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
6. Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements & Skills
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Amharic and English.
2. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management.
3. Creativity and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe suite) is a strong plus.
4. Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in marketing, digital communications, or sales support (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or internship experience are encouraged to apply).
