Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations
• Manage and supervise the accounting team
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure full compliance with tax laws, regulations, and company policies
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 5–7 years of accounting and finance experience
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle high-level responsibility
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
• professional certification (acca, cpa, cma or equivalent) is highly preferred

5 years
