How It Works
Heat Application: Water is added to the bottom globe and heated using the alcohol burner or a separate butane burner.
Vacuum Creation: As the water heats, it turns to steam, increasing the pressure and forcing the hot water up into the top chamber, where it mixes with ground coffee.
Filtration: Once heat is removed, the steam in the bottom globe cools, creating a vacuum that pulls the brewed coffee back down through a filter, leaving the grounds in the top chamber.
